Job Summary:

This is a fast-paced highly competitive role; were you can demonstrate your great relationship building skills and get rewarded for providing a world class customer experience. Reps work on geographically based regional teams made up of 3-5 individuals. Each region is responsible for growing their book of business by gaining wallet share with their existing customers and market share by acquiring new customers. You will use both your hunting and farming skills to succeed in this role. Our aggressive digital marketing strategies drive a ton of new customers so no cold calling is necessary.

Job Responsibilities:

§ Advise management regarding terms of contracts with respect to risk, liability, and commercial terms.

§ Upsell/Cross sell PCB customers assembly services.

§ Provide a world class experience to customers by making them feel extremely valued and important.

§ Day to day administrative duties including processing quotes, orders and returns.

Qualifications:

§ Administration experience: 1-2 years

§ Sales experience: 2-3

§ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

§ Printed Circuit Board knowledge a plus!

§ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

§ Accurately typing skills of 40+ wpm

§ Must possess excellent conflict resolution and decision making skills

§ A proven ability to work well in a multi-tasking, team environment

§ Degree preferred but substantial experience is adequate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28,036.73 - $65,053.57 per year
